The grounds were cluttered with debris and broken furniture, further compromising safety. Additionally, amenities were lacking, with non-functional pool facilities and a rusty playground. Only positive was a decent selection of pastries for enjoyment.

Had an awesome time here with my friends! We visited Circus World and Noah's Ark Water Park, both a blast. Room was decent for our group, and the location was just right for exploring. Perfect stay if you’re out enjoying the area all day. Just keep in mind it’s a basic motel vibe.

However, our friends got kicked out of the hotel by management for just chatting outside in the daylight, which was pretty awkward. It felt unnecessary and a bit hostile.

I stayed in a King Room for two nights recently, and while the place had decent amenities like a large fridge and microwave, the overwhelming mold smell made it unbearable. I wish the owner would fix the water damage to make the stay more enjoyable. Wouldn’t come back unless that’s addressed.
